What an Outdoor Furniture Price Includes: Frames, Cushions and Tabletops
A practical guide to reading frame prices, cushion options and tabletop extras, with three worked Loom Crafts examples for a clearer quotation.

An outdoor furniture photograph shows the finished setting. A catalogue price may describe only one part of it. Before comparing two chairs, a dining table or an entire terrace arrangement, check whether the figure covers the frame alone, the selected cushions, an optional tabletop, or a complete configuration.
Loom Crafts product pages separate these choices so you can build an estimate for the pieces you actually want. This guide explains how to read them, with worked examples checked against our live catalogue on 6 November 2026. All amounts below are in Indian rupees, based on the price list effective 1 November 2026. GST and freight are extra at actuals.
Start with the SKU, not the whole photograph
A collection setting can contain a sofa, several armchairs, coffee tables and accessories. The price on a single product page belongs to that SKU and quantity. It does not automatically include neighbouring pieces shown in the image. Make a list of the individual items first, then compare the same configuration across your shortlist.
Where a product offers AeroLux and Z-Shield frame options, select the one you intend to order before reading the total. These are not choices on every SKU. A starting price is a useful entry point, but it cannot tell you the cost of an entire seating arrangement without the other selections.
Read the configuration as separate components
For an item with optional extras, use this calculation: selected frame price + selected cushion rate × confirmed cushion quantity + selected tabletop extra. Multiply the configured item by the furniture quantity required. Keep GST and freight separate until the quotation confirms them.
Acrylic and polyester cushion options have different listed rates where offered. Confirm what cushion unit or set the rate covers for your chosen SKU and how many are needed. Do not infer the quantity from the number of seats or decorative cushions visible in a photograph. For tables, check whether the chosen top is already included or is an extra before adding it.

Example 1: a Nalara Club Armchair
The Nalara Club Armchair, LCO/139/001, lists a Z-Shield frame at ₹19,000 and an AeroLux frame at ₹32,000. Its listed cushion rates are ₹10,000 for acrylic and ₹5,000 for polyester.
For an illustrative configuration using one listed cushion quantity, a Z-Shield frame plus acrylic cushions totals ₹29,000. With polyester, that figure is ₹24,000. An AeroLux frame with one acrylic cushion quantity totals ₹42,000. These are component calculations for one chair, before GST and freight; confirm the cushion quantity and contents with our team before ordering.
This comparison helps you see which selection changes the estimate. For a pair of identically configured chairs, the product subtotal doubles. A matching sofa or coffee table is a separate line item, even when it appears in the same collection photograph.
Example 2: a Nalara dining table with a teak top
The Nalara Round Dining Table, LCO/139/008, lists frame prices of ₹19,000 for Z-Shield and ₹32,000 for AeroLux. The natural teak tabletop is a separate ₹35,000 extra.
Choosing that tabletop gives a product subtotal of ₹54,000 with the Z-Shield frame, or ₹67,000 with AeroLux, before GST and freight. These figures cover the configured table only. Dining chairs must be selected and counted separately.
The frame description matters as much as the finish: this Nalara table has a metal frame with a wood-texture powder finish and a natural teak tabletop. A wood-look finish is not a natural teak frame. Read the material description for the exact SKU rather than deciding from appearance alone.

Example 3: a Maris table with one frame price
The Maris Coffee Table, LCO/029/010, uses a natural teak frame and has one frame price of ₹53,000. It does not offer the AeroLux/Z-Shield frame choice. Its optional tabletop extra is ₹12,000.
If you select that tabletop option, the product subtotal is ₹65,000, before GST and freight. Confirm the tabletop specification on the quotation, along with the frame and quantity. This example is why applying the same two-frame assumption to every collection can produce a misleading comparison.
What to include when requesting your quotation
The product name, SKU and number of each furniture item.
The frame option where available, plus the selected finish.
The cushion fabric option, colour and confirmed cushion quantity or set contents.
The tabletop material and whether its price is included or added separately.
The delivery location and access details, including stairs, lifts and terrace access where relevant.
The itemised product subtotal, applicable GST and actual freight, followed by the final payable total.
Dimensions also belong on the shortlist. A lower price does not resolve whether a table fits your dining area or a sofa can reach your terrace. Measure the space and delivery route before finalising the selection, then ask our team to confirm the configuration in writing.
