We wish to inform all our esteemed customers that some local companies in India are using our outdoor furniture designs and our original pictures on their websites and CD catalogs, and are giving false information to all the buyers that these are their designs and they are manufacturing, whereas all these designs belong to loom Crafts and are our registered and patent designs. 

They have even kept the name very similar to Loom Crafts. All the designs shown in the catalogs of this company are taken from the internet and are not their designs, they have approx 70% of our designs for which we have patent registration with us, we have also filed a legal suit against them in the Delhi High Court for using and manufacturing of our designs, this is a serious offense. The High Court Commissioners have also raided their factory and all office showrooms and have submitted their report to the High court that all the designs are from Loom Crafts catalog. We had already informed all the hotels about this matter, manufacturing, selling or buying of Patent designs is an offence. 

We request all to please co operate with us to stop this type of piracy and bad practice of business, Loom Crafts team has worked hard in developing all weather outdoor furniture and have created designs which are popular in the market. We require your kind help in stopping this company to use our original pictures and designs. If you receive any CD catalog please do compare the pictures with our catalogs.
